Beatrice Caston former Admissions, Communication and Development Director at the International School of Düsseldorf.

Beatrice, a Belgian national, has lived and worked internationally for much of her professional life. In addition to her longstanding dedication to the international school community and the city of Düsseldorf, she has contributed extensively to a range of international organisations, including the European Council of International Schools and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.

Throughout her career, she has been guided by a deep commitment to fostering intercultural understanding, strengthening cross-cultural communication, and encouraging international collaboration. In the Alliance for International Education, she seeks to cultivate a welcoming, intellectually engaging, and purposeful space for the meeting of minds, while actively championing outcomes that benefit communities locally and internationally.
